I am based in the North West, Abram, between Wigan and Manchester.

My normal work times are between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with 7pm being my last session of the day (Finishing 8pm). I do offer an 8am appointment by request as well as limited weekend appointments.

A session typically lasts one hour and costs £60 per session.

A coaching session can be done via Zoom or in person at my home depending on your work/life schedule or at an agreed on location.
